Note: Export prices in US$ exclude Sales Tax are only available to customers outside Australia. Freight: Organic Emporio offer various deliver options when you purchase online: Australia Post Parcel: Using standard Australia Post parcel option offers the most economical rates for items less than 500g Australia Post Express Post: Orders over 1kg is most economical with Australia Post next day Express post delivery. Returns and Refund Policy: Products that are damaged or faulty and unused can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Please contact Organic Emporio within 48 hours of receiving parcel to notify us of the problem. If a product is damaged due to packing then please retain the broken parcel until authorised by Organic Emporio as we may need this returned to us as well. Returned stock will not be credited if broken in transit due to faulty packing by the customer. Please include a copy of the invoice along with an explanation of the problem with the product that is returned. All returns must be received within 14 days of initial contact with Organic Emporio regarding a return.
