TOP COAT - CLEAR (23) WATER-BASED NAIL POLISH

Can be used as a clear nail polish and also as a top coat for any of the Suncoat Water-Based Nail Polishes. The addition of a top coat will increase the durability and chip resistance of the nail polishes. Can also be used as a base coat although this is not necessary with the Suncoat range.
